ecoTech Pickup Calendar — Terms of Service

These terms govern use of ecoTech Pickup Calendar ("the App"), operated by [&Human legal entity name] ("&Human", "we") for ecoTech Management, LLC ("ecoTech" or "the Client").

1. Who may use the App
The App is a private integration provided only to the Client under its service agreement with &Human. It is not offered to the public. If there is any conflict between these terms and that agreement, the agreement prevails.

2. What the App provides
The App creates and maintains pickup entries on the Client's Google Calendar from bookings in the Client's HubSpot CRM, and records the pickup times assigned by the Client's dispatch team back in the CRM.

3. Authorisation
By connecting a Google account, the account holder confirms they are authorised to grant the App access to the Client's pickup calendar on the Client's behalf.

4. Client responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- the accuracy of the booking data held in its CRM;
- having a lawful basis to store and share contact details of the people at its pickup sites; and
- deciding who can view the pickup calendar.

5. Availability
The App runs on a regular schedule, so changes typically appear on the calendar within minutes, not instantly. It depends on third-party services (Google, HubSpot and our hosting provider), and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Dispatch should confirm critical pickup details in the Client's own systems.

6. Acceptable use
The App may be used only for the Client's pickup scheduling. The Client may not attempt to reverse engineer it, use it to access data it is not authorised to access, or use it in breach of Google's or HubSpot's terms.

7. Suspension and termination
Either party can end use of the App under the service agreement. The Client can also stop the App at any time by revoking its access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. On termination, stored tokens are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer
Except as set out in the service agreement, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, &Human is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by incorrect source data or by outages of third-party services. Liability is otherwise limited as set out in the service agreement.

10. Privacy
Use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy at https://andhuman.ai/ecotech-pickup-calendar/privacy.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and the Client will be told of material changes.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State of New York / other jurisdiction].
