ecoTech Pickup Calendar

ecoTech Pickup Calendar is a private scheduling integration operated by &Human on behalf of ecoTech Management, LLC. It is not a public product and cannot be signed up for.

What it does
When a pickup is booked in the company's CRM (HubSpot), ecoTech Pickup Calendar places it on the company's pickup calendar in Google Calendar, so dispatch and crews see every scheduled pickup with the details they need on site. When dispatch assigns a time slot on the calendar, that time is written back to the booking record.

Why it needs access to Google Calendar
The app connects to one Google account, owned by the business, and uses it to:
- create one calendar entry per booked pickup,
- update that entry when the booking details change, and
- read back the time dispatch has assigned.

It does not read email, contacts, files or any other Google data, and it does not send calendar invitations.

Who uses it
Access is limited to the business's own Google account. Individual members of the public do not sign in to this app.
